Empowered Health Direct Primary Care wants everyone to be able to use our website and get care, including people with disabilities.

Our goal

We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We review the site regularly and fix problems as we find them.

Third-party tools

Our scheduling and patient enrollment pages are run by outside companies. We've asked them about their accessibility, and we'll help you another way if they don't work for you.

Call or text us at 609-678-3299, or email dr.frank@myhealthempowered.com. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We'll respond as soon as we can, within 5 business days, and help you get the information or appointment you need by phone, email or in person.

At the office

Our main office is at 636 Kings Highway, Suite C, West Deptford, NJ 08096. If you need step-free access or other accommodations at either office, let us know when you book and we'll arrange it.
