Prevention and labs

We recommend screening and lab tests that fit your history, family history and goals, not a one-size-fits-all panel. Then we sit down with you to explain what the results mean and turn them into a plan.

  • Blood draws in our office or at Labcorp, with no draw fee for members

  • Member lab pricing at our Philadelphia office

  • In New Jersey, labs usually run through your insurance or as self-pay. We'll help you find the lowest-cost route.

In-office procedures (West Deptford)

  • EKGs

  • Skin biopsies (shave and small biopsies)

  • Stitches for small cuts

  • Abscess drainage

  • Wart freezing and skin tag removal

  • Pap smears

  • Trigger point injections and some nerve blocks

Focused care

Coordinating the rest of your care

Your doctor stays your guide when you need more. We send referrals to specialists, use e-consults for quick specialist input, direct imaging to lower-cost options, and help with prior authorizations when we can. Most members keep their health insurance for specialists, hospital care and emergencies.

Common questions

What's included in the membership?

Unhurried visits in person, by video or by phone, direct messaging with Dr. Aliganga, and care coordination, with no copays or per-visit fees, ever. Labs, medications, imaging and procedure supplies are billed separately. See rates

Do you see children?

Yes. We can work alongside your child's pediatrician or be your child's primary care physician. We don't give vaccines yet, so children on a vaccine schedule should keep an office that provides them.

What if it's an emergency?

Call 911 for emergencies. For urgent questions, members can text Dr. Aliganga, who will respond or help you decide where to go.
