Feeling a step off your game?
Maybe workouts feel harder, recovery takes longer, or the afternoon slump hits earlier than it used to. That doesn't mean something's wrong with you. It usually means something is worth a closer look: sleep, stress, training load, nutrition or hormones. We'll find what's holding you back and get you back to feeling like yourself.
Testosterone, done right
Testosterone is one piece of performance, not a shortcut. The American Urological Association defines low testosterone as a low blood level plus symptoms, confirmed with repeat morning tests. That's how we approach it: measure carefully, look at sleep, training load, stress and metabolic health, then decide together.
When testosterone therapy is right for you, we monitor your levels, blood count and other labs on a schedule and adjust as needed. A large 2023 trial in the New England Journal of Medicine (TRAVERSE) found no increase in major heart events with testosterone therapy in men with low testosterone, though it did see more blood clots and atrial fibrillation. We'll walk through what that means for you.
Planning to have kids? Tell us. Testosterone therapy can lower sperm production, and there are other options to consider.
A real doctor, not an app
Apps can ship a prescription after a questionnaire. You get what they offer, plus a physician who knows your whole story and connects your hormones, heart, body composition and sleep. As a member, you text Dr. Aliganga directly, get more availability for visits, and never sit through a rushed 15-minute appointment. Established visits usually run 30 to 45 minutes.
Stress, mood & loneliness
Peak health includes your head. Work pressure, providing for a family and too little time with friends wear on any man. We help with stress, sleep, anxiety and low mood too, privately and without judgment. Depression & anxiety care for men

Common questions
I feel fine. Is this for me?
Yes. Most of the men we work with are healthy and want to stay ahead: better energy, recovery, body composition and long-term health. This is proactive care, not just fixing problems.
Are visits included in the membership?
Yes. Membership covers your visits and messaging, with no copays or per-visit fees, ever.
Are labs and medications included?
No. Labs and medications are billed separately at transparent member pricing. See rates
Can I just get a testosterone prescription?
We prescribe testosterone only when testing and your symptoms show it's a safe fit, and we monitor it over time. If something else is holding you back, we'll find it.
Do I need insurance?
No. We see patients with or without insurance. Most members keep insurance for specialists, hospital care and emergencies.
Can I be seen in Philadelphia?
Yes. Visits can happen at our Old City office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, near 2nd Street Station. Philadelphia office
