Care that adapts to you
Time. Established visits usually run 30 to 45 minutes, and your first visit 60 to 90 minutes, so nothing has to be rushed.
Continuity. You see the same doctor every time. You don't have to re-explain yourself.
Your way of communicating. Message by text or in the app instead of calling. Bring notes, a support person, or questions written ahead. Visit notes are in your patient app to read later.
Planning ahead. Tell us what makes visits easier, whether that's knowing what to expect, the first appointment of the day, fewer exam steps or extra processing time, and we'll plan around it.
Respect. Person-affirming, judgment-free care. You're the expert on your own experience.

Why this matters
Autism and ADHD are common. The CDC reports that about 1 in 31 children are diagnosed with autism, and an estimated 15.5 million U.S. adults, about 1 in 16, have a current ADHD diagnosis. More than half of those adults were diagnosed as adults.
Yet autistic adults report more unmet health care needs and less satisfaction with how doctors communicate with them. A study by Dr. Christina Nicolaidis and the AASPIRE team found the health care system often isn't designed with autistic adults in mind. Direct primary care, with its time and direct access, can change that.
When anxiety or depression has a deeper cause
Been treated for anxiety or depression, but it never quite fits? Sometimes the real cause is ADHD that was never treated or autism that was never recognized. Anxiety & depression with ADHD or autism
For children and teens
We see patients of all ages. For children, we can work alongside your child's pediatrician as a doctor who knows them, for everyday questions, sick visits and coordination, or become your child's primary care physician. We don't give vaccines yet, so kids on a vaccine schedule should keep an office that provides them.

Common questions
Do you diagnose autism or ADHD?
Often, yes. For adults, Dr. Aliganga coordinates ADHD and autism evaluations, and when a case is within his scope, he can make the diagnosis himself. When a specialist evaluation is the better fit, we'll arrange it. If you already have a diagnosis, we'll build your care around it.
Do you prescribe ADHD medication?
Yes, when it's appropriate. Stimulant medicines are first-line treatment within family medicine, and we follow evidence-based guidelines. For more complex cases, we may co-manage with a psychiatrist.
Can I communicate in writing instead of by phone?
Yes. Members can message Dr. Aliganga in the app or by text.
Are visits included in the membership?
Yes. Membership covers your visits, with no copays or per-visit fees, ever. Labs and medications are billed separately. See rates
